England - Day Trip to Paris - Day 6, Part 1

We woke up at 5 a.m. to get to the tube which would take us on our ride through the Chunnel to Paris for a day trip. The architecture of the city is already dramatic exiting out of the station. We walked to the Notre Dame Cathedral, and a little stroll away took us to a bridge crossing the River Seine. We had crepes, my first Nutella one. Delicious! We then went on a thrilling ride in a Citroen by driver Julia, and were able to see all the top sites of Paris. It was amazing how Julia could maneuver the car in the tightest spots! Most exciting were the Champs-Elysees and the Eiffel Tower.
