England, Day 2, Part 2

As Mari described it, Bath is like the Kamakura of England, a little distance from the major big cities, historical, peaceful, with a lot of character of its own. After the fabulous walking tour of Bath, we went to the Fashion Museum, a vast collection of historic and contemporary dress. Of course we had to take advantage of modeling the replica hats and ball gowns. We also toured the Roman Baths, and we even tasted the sulfuric rich waters at the end of the exhibits as well as in the Pump Room Restaurant. A casual dinner at an English pub ended our busy day!
