Mono Lake and June Lake

Our final full day in Mammoth, Sam and my mom felt a lot better and we decided to head to June Lake and Mono Lake. At Mono Lake, we were able to enjoy the incredible scenery created by the tufa towers. The enormous alkaline lake is home to lots of brine shrimp and flies. At June lake, we rented a kayak and Steve took my mom out for her first kayak ride. Unique experiences, fun times!
