Black and White

A great way to end the year, showing a couple of relaxed doggies, matching my outfit. What a memorable year it has been, these two pups have added a lot of joy into our busy lives. Looking forward to many more adventures in 2015.

Mt. Baldy Snow Day

We went up to Rachel's house and took the kids to Mt. Baldy in search of a bit of snow before winter break ended. We had to go for quite a trek, braving some wind and some snow bits before finding a nice patch near a waterfall. It was a slick, icy patch but the kids and Steve managed to slide down a few times. It's not about the biggest snow pile or the most idea winter play conditions but the people you are with!

Tastea Photos

Can you tell we are quite happy to partake in some Tastea's drinks? Their boba is the best! Anna and Sam ordered Amazing Strawburst, I got my usual Lychee Freeze, and Steve stuck with a blended coffee drink.

Santa Barbara with the Family

During winter break we went on a day trip to Santa Barbara, we had so much fun during the "glamping" trip that we wanted Steve to enjoy aspects of it as well. We started at the pier and took Steve to Char West Fish and Chips, the restaurant we enjoyed with Gabbi's family. We also took photos with the Christmas tree, and then visited the aquarium on the pier. Finally, we played some games in the sand at the beach. We were able to pack in a lot of fun during our quick trip to Santa Barbara.
